In the event of deviations, the German version of our Returns & Refunds Policy is authoritative and only this is legally binding.
Sometimes a payment watch may not be what you have expected. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a payment watch. For any undamaged, nused, yet not contactless payment activated and unworn STISS® empowered watch return it with its included original packaging along with the provided mandatory «Return Form STISS® empowered watch» within 14 days from the date you receive the device. We only accept return delivery against signature with tracking number indication. Note that Winwatch will not accept unpaid shipments or COD packages and will not bear the costs for shipping or returns. You assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned payment watch while it is in the post back to us.
The payment watch must be sent by registered post to the address given in «About us» visible at the footer on www.stiss.ch page. The payment watch, together with all accessories, must be properly packed and returned in its original packaging.
Damaged payment watches cannot be returned or will be fully invoiced to the customer, respectively.
In the case of a return, we must also charge you a fee of € 16.00 per payment watch, which we incurred to establish your association of the watch with your bank account. On receipt of your returns parcel, you will receive the purchase price of the payment watch less the € 16.00 bank link fee.

Place of delivery
We ship to the 26 EEA countries (European Economic Area) including United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. Should we not ship to your country please contact us directly.
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2 – 3 working days
- European Economic Area and UK: 5 – 7 working days
Customers are obliged to immediately inspect the delivered or collected payment watch for correctness, completeness, and integrity. The customer shall inform Winwatch of any defects immediately after detection thereof and within 14 calendar days after receipt of the delivery / collection at the latest. The customer must retain the product in the condition it was delivered in and may not use it. If the delivery is carried out by a service partner, the customer, by signing the delivery note, confirms that the product shows no obvious defects. Alternatively, he/she must state the defect on the delivery note. This does not apply to hidden defects.
The delivered payment watches remain our property until final payment has been made.
